Great base for exploring Suffolk, comfortable well equipped cottage with bags of character in the owners extensive grounds but completely private. Highly recommended, and good food, beer and ambience at the Swan Inn at Hoxne 1.5 miles away.

A lovely spacious cottage. I liked the idea of a separate dining room, it was lovely to sit and read in there.
Lovely surroundings.
Eye is a charming little town.
