It was the perfect landing spot to spend a few days and float the Caddo. House was as pictured, the river was just right for kids and adults to lounge and swim. We would stay there again!

This place is absolutely perfect! The host made herself easily accessible for questions and was quick to reply to my messages. There was six in our family and the property accommodated us very comfortably. It’s located on the water and was the most ideal spot for all of us to enjoy the river. The property was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We are all hoping that we can return to this beautiful place again next year. 110% satisfied with the host and the property!

The property was nice. If you plan on cooking out bring charcoal and lighter fluid. Water shoes and floats/tubes would also be a good thing if you plan on getting on the river. Lots of space inside and outside.
