Property was lovely. Nice and clean. Kids all had their own rooms. Very comfortable. Loved the ability to do laundry. Wonderful drinking a cup of tea while watching the sunrise over the river and eating suppers at the oversized outdoor table.
Pool is not heated so The kids couldn’t swim as it was too cold, even for us Canadians, but it’s winter and we can’t complain much. The waterfall working would have made it magical, but no one knew how to turn it on. We got to watching a pair of nesting birds with eggs and black swans every day.
Needs more towels and facecloths, oven mitts, kitchen sink drains and a few minor fixes to the en-suite shower. Minor details that we only notice because of how long we stayed.
Would highly recommend. Staff were very easy to work with. Didn’t want to leave.

Great property - everything presented well. There was no reason to leave the house once we checked in.
There were nesting plovers near the back gate leading to the jetty which was a pain
There was also no sunshade over the pool - pictures advertised showed there was.
10/10 house, will return again.
