Property was very clean and tidy with a well stocked kitchen. Communication was easy as was check-in and check-out procedures. It's worth noting that the unit is half of a duplex and we could hear the occupant in the adjoining unit walking around and talking. While this didn't necessarily bother us, if someone is looking for more privacy, they should be aware of it. The setting is nice and quiet on the river and convenient to WCU, Sylva, Dillsboro, etc. This was a good place to stay for a couple of days of fishing and exploring the area with some very good restaurants found in Sylva and Dillsboro. I would certainly rent it again without reservation for a return trip to the area.

Owner was responsive to communication through the site. Rental had gorgeous view of lush mountains while situated next to the river. Our stay (3 friends) was comfortable in the apartment - whole place was clean; beds were comfortable; water pressure in the shower was good. It was a straightforward 5-minute drive to WCU.
