We enjoyed the property. The hosts communicated very well and the property was as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the pool.

Exactly as described in listing, this property is large for a one bedroom. We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool. Within very easy walking distance of a handful of live music venues/bars on Demonbreun. (We enjoyed Live Oak.) It’s a couple of miles from the wilder scene on Broadway. We used SpotHero to reduce parking fees in SoBro, but it was still very expensive. Small item: many of the venues recommended on an otherwise helpful local advice sheet in the condo are out of business.
