Great location and perfect size for what we needed

Accommodations were great for us. 4 adults, 3 kids. Split level was very convenient. Lighting in the kitchen was not great. Back yard needed a good mowing. Those things did not distract from our stay. Great house and good location roughly 30 miles from Boulder and Estes Park.

I stayed here with my best friend for a weekend away. It was the perfect spot! The host was communicative, the property was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Will definitely book again in the future.

We really appreciated the quiet, private yard and the convenient location of the property. The beds were comfortable, and the house didn’t have any bad smells. We also enjoyed having access to TV and cable during our stay. While it met our basic needs, we were disappointed with the overall condition—especially considering the price. The home was not as pictured in the listing. It was dirty, with cobwebs in the bathroom, old dog waste left in the yard, holes in the walls, no curtains in some areas (including the kitchen and a bedroom), broken patio furniture, and trash in drawers and cabinets. The downstairs shower was visibly dirty, and the upstairs bathroom sink was slow-draining and clogged. Many of the lights didn’t work properly either. With more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a great rental, but unfortunately it fell short of expectations.
