Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. Great location for my annual trip to Vegas for CES, close to the MGM, monorail, and the food options close by are too numerous to count. If you are looking for a place that is close to the strip but has some of the aspects of a more remote location, 'non-casinoy', this is a good option.Only note to be aware of is that this room is on the 3rd floor which is very fast for the elevator but it sits next to the pool and you will hear the music late into the evening.
