This beachside retreat is located in a residential, peaceful neighborhood — no traffic, no noise, just the steady rhythm of coastal living. You’re a short stroll from the beach (3 minutes to be exact), with gorgeous views, soft sand, and room to breathe. Ormond Beach's charming downtown is just 10 minutes away, offering local cafes, groceries, boutique shops, and some excellent restaurants when you feel like exploring.

Inside the home, everything is tailored for comfort, convenience, and ease.
You’ll sleep well knowing every mattress and pillow is zippered and encased. The hot tub and pool are professionally maintained weekly, and clean, white linens await your arrival. The spiral staircase adds charm, and every stair—inside and out—has been outfitted with safety treads for peace of mind.

The kitchen is a delight to cook in, whether you’re warming up pastries or making dinner from scratch. There’s both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, along with a toaster, food processor, and blender. If you're missing something, just let us know — we’re here to help make your stay seamless.

The pool can be heated for an additional $400/month. Please note that during the coldest part of winter, the temperature may vary as there is no pool cover.

Bringing a dog? We welcome well-behaved pups! A one-time $150 pet fee applies per stay, and we ask you to sign a short pet agreement before arrival. The fully fenced yard offers plenty of space for your furry friend to enjoy.
