Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.
*Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
*Two pets are allowed with an additional pet fee ($350 plus tax per pet).
*Disclaimer: Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that a $20 replacement fee will be charged for any towels that are stained, damaged, or missing at the end of your stay.
The pool is open year-round.
October 1st - March 31st: The pool is not heated by default. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we can attempt to heat it for an additional $75 per day for the entire length of your reservation. As with all pool heating, water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to weather and outdoor temperature conditions.
The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

To many stairs for me and my husband due to age. Lovely decorated place. Bed on second floor had mattress topper to small for mattress. We felt like we were falling off bed.

The Ocean Oasis is an excellent stay. Exceptionally clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the comforts of home. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The ocean side pool and short walk through a beach path to the water is outstanding.Thank you for providing and excellent stay for our week long family vacation.

The property was ok for the age. It does need a thorough walk through to check for maintenance opportunities, preferably before guests arrive. The code given was incorrect and had a long wait to get the correct code from the host. The view was beautiful. The pool was full of bugs and we had to clean it ourselves. We contacted the host about some maintenance issues and was asked if they could have access. We said yes. Nothing was resolved. Broken wheels on the shower door as well as the outside screen doors were rusted and the plastic wheels were broken as well. Quite a bit of money for the rental.

The listing needs to be edited for accuracy. There are only 3 bedrooms. There are 5 beds total. Was given the incorrect code and communication was delayed from the host. The air conditioner did not work in the top room. We contacted the host. Both thermostats were set at the same temperature as directed. Its still did not work. The windows were dirty preventing a good view from inside. The pool was dirty. Rental price is not in line with this property.
