Villa Antiparos consists of 3 levels. On the first level (semi-basement) there are 3 bedrooms for 6 guests, 2 bathrooms, storage room with a washing machine and a big living room with a fireplace, where there are 2 single beds and a sofa bed. From this level you can go to the yard and the swimming pool and through an interior staircase to the first floor.
On the second level there is the main entrance, a kitchen, dining room, a big living room with fireplace, 1 bathroom and a semi-outdoor place with a big dining table with staircase that leads to the garden and the swimming pool.
On the third level there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and verandas with pergola from where Naousa’s gulf, Lageri beach, Santa Maria and Naxos Island can be seen. The villa has its own parking spaces with wooden pergolas for two cars. The total area of the villas is 302m2.
The complex consists of four Villas for rent of capacity 4-14 people. All Villas are designed according to the traditional Cycladic architecture so that there is absolute harmony with the environment. The balconies and terraces offer panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and Naxos island. The Villas are separated by small stone fences and planting. Each villa has its own garden, covered parking for two cars and big verandas. All villas have fully equipped kitchens, TV and dvd player, spacious living room, large terraces with dining tables, bedrooms with double or single beds, big bathrooms, storage space, washing machine and dishwasher, iron and ironing board, wifi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, fireplace. In the property there is also a big common swimming pool with sunbeds and covered spaces operating from 15 of May until beginning of October.
Within a short distance there are windsurf school, diving school, horse riding school and yoga classes.

Beautiful house and very nice and accommodating host. Family and friends ages 8-80 enjoyed the spacious house, pool, nearby beach. Also close to great restaurants, shopping and water sports. One of our favorite places in Greece. We hope to return soon!

We had the most wonderful stay at this house in Paros! It was perfect for a large group, we all had plenty of space. The outdoor spaces are lovely and the hosts were very helpful. Super close to Naossa, but definitely need a car.

We stayed in Villa Antiparos and had an outstanding time! The location is fantastic, and the panoramic views (especially from the two upstairs bedrooms) were even better than we expected. The villa is large, with more than enough room for our family (6 adults and 4 kids). The pool was fantastic and the location was really wonderful - it's very close to Naoussa but also provides a quiet retreat from the town. It is walking distance to Santa Maria beach, and generally just a beautiful area and great place to call home for a while! Artemis was so helpful to us and extremely kind! She met us at the house upon arrival and was in good communication leading up to our stay as well. She got us a reservation for a very nice restaurant in town and was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely return!
