The property was clean. The pool area was always cleaned and there are bathrooms near the pool which is a plus, some places we stayed you would have to run up to your condo. Right on the beach. The rooftop deck had great views and we were even able to see a rocket launch. Close restaurants some walking distance. There is a Publix grocery store within 5 minutes which was convenient. The Cocoa Beach Pier was right next to the condo, it has a tiki bar, restaurant and an arcade if you have kids.

We had a blast. The king size bed is amazing. Loved our stay. Everyone we encountered was very nice. Great view of the water and very safe. We would definitely come back. Ty

Location was great, our only complaint is there was a musty smell.

Drove 14 hours, got in and immediately found area was being advised to take hurricane preparations. Notified owner and was immediately told no refund would be issued unless evacuation was mandated. Didn’t ask about a refund. Only stayed 2 out 7 nights because safety was first. Notified owner we were checking out early and again was reminded no refunds. Turned out we got refund for about half the trip which I felt was fair. Owner as always responsive. Condo is nice, not extravagant at all, decent location but no frills.
