This rental does not apply to premises rented for use as a primary residence or for mixed professional and primary residential use. 1. Cancellation before arrival at the property
The deposit is retained by the owner.
a) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, the owner may retain the deposit and the balance of the total cost of the stay.
b) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, the owner may retain 50% of the balance of the total cost of the stay.
If the tenant does not check in within 24 hours of the arrival date specified in the contract, this contract becomes null and void, and the owner may make the accommodation available to others. The deposit and the balance of the rental fee shall also be retained by the owner.
