Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, plenty of storage space and a kitchen, relax in the open living room after spending a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal including an electric stove, a kettle and a microwave.
There’s also a washer available.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Complimentary hotel-quality linens, fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety.

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district.

Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

My studio is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Parmentier (line 3) - just 4 mins walk from the studio.

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 35-mins drive from the studio.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
