Moonbeam was very clean, and kitchen well stocked with essentials. Hot tub and fire pit were great amenities for our stay. Would stay there again. Only non-issue was, there was no level ground for yard games that we had planned.

Plenty of space with extra living area in basement and we really enjoyed hot tub and firepit. Very large kitchen island which was great for thanksgiving cooking. Quiet, wooded lot, on side of hill. Note: Steep driveway and need to depend on wifi since too remote location for cell service.

We have rented at least 30 cabins for various trips over the years. This is the first that offers a "Welcome Book" but the book was filled with rules, do's and don't's and what the penalties will be if a violation occurred. A little too much for responsible adults. In almost every room, there was a reminded of what you cannot do.
The bedroom in the basement was extremely uncomfortable and noisy every time you turned or sat up. . This was the first cabin that offered no toiletries, and while I know no one ever advertises that the kitchen would include some basic provisions like, salt, pepper, etc. Almost all have a special place for spices and supplies that are left behind - not the responsibility of the owners, but certainly a nice gesture.
For those that might spend their time in the lower level, you do not want to open the side windows because of the smell that comes from the aeriation system about 10 feet away.
It's not the responsibility of the owners (again) but if we stayed in the winter when there were leaves on the trees, the view of the junk yard filled with disabled and rusted vehicles and other machinery is not what you would expect for a cabin get-away weekend. Compared to other cabins that we researched, the cost of this stay (for five people - two nights) would have suggested something a little more. Again, we're quite experienced with cabin living and the country atmosphere.
The cabin was clean and otherwise attractive inside.
