It opens onto a very bright dining room thanks to the large openings it has, allowing you to enjoy your meals whilst enjoying a view of the garden. Next, the lounge is a warm space as it is arranged in front of the fireplace hearth. Here, you will enjoy gathering for some television time or to treat yourself to a moment of relaxation chatting or reading.

Upstairs, the mezzanine is equipped with a pool table and a window from which you will be able to see the ocean.



Once night falls, you will be able to go and rest in one of the 4 bedrooms in the house, all of which are located on the ground floor. The first benefits from a large double bed and a desk, the second is equipped with a double bed, then the third with a single bed. Finally, the last one is fitted with two single beds.



Also at your disposal are a bathroom (bath + shower), a shower room with toilet, an independent toilet, a washing machine, a high chair, two travel cots and two parking spaces.
