There is convenient and safe access to the beach with both a traffic light and crosswalk within the block. This unit comes with a well equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, slow cooker, many useful cooking utensils, and a new washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Sunset Bay complex offers an outdoor pool with a hot tub, exercise room, and a pier to fish or crab from. This is a smoke - free property and pets are not allowed. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
