Large apartment for 5 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Excellent for families, also with children, or for small groups.
2 balconies, one with with table and chairs.
Well-equipped kitchen.
Living room with 2 sofas, dining table, TV with some European free-to-air channels.
Perfect location: 100 meters from beach (“Bagni Vallesanta” area) and 100 meters from the starting point of the amazing cycling path “Pista Ciclopedonale Maremonti” (panoramic, along the sea, derived from the old railway)
Walking or cycling, you can reach Bonassola and Framura. There are many small free beaches along the path. If you don’t want to bring your bikes, you can rent them in Levanto.
Small supermarket at 250 meters. Larger supermarkets: 500/600 meters.
There is not a private parking place. However, upon request, we can provide you with a special ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car), the cost is 5€ per day. This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places for free.
This ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Large apartment, about 100 sqm, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom:
- 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be joined into a double bed).
Apartment of 100 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; with balcony.
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined into a double bed); with balcony.
1 bathroom with shower; washing machine.
Well-equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, Moka coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven.
Oven, four-burner hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher.
Large living room with table, chairs, sofas; with exit to one of the balconies.
Free Wi-Fi. 4K Smart-TV. HD Italian channels via Satellite (TivùSat) and some international Sat channels.
On the third floor, with lift.
The amazing cycling path Pista Ciclabile Maremonti starts just a few meters from the building (connecting Levanto - Framura on the old railway, along the sea).

We stayed in Apartment Fernanda 2 - Levanto for 6 nights & 5 days in early Sept 2023. Levanto is perfect for exploring all Cinque Terre villages thru the excellent train service, which used 3 of our 5 days.
Fernanda 2 location itself is also excellent - an easy 15 min walk to the train & the supermercato, right by the northern Levanto beach & close to restaurants & stores on Corso Italia & into the related pedestrian walkway. And, for us, we enjoyed the walking proximity to Bonassola to the north.
The accommodation was clean, quiet & fully met our needs, adequately equipped with appliances we needed, including a clothes washing machine. It was as pictured on the Vrbo website even down to the Brooklyn, New York accent pillow.
Mauro Bicca and his wife, Maria Rita, from VIP-Booking were excellent host representatives as property managers. Mauro was always responsive to my numerous questions on a timely basis both before we booked the apartment & during our stay.
The info Mauro provided on location, the accommodation itself and the most welcome parking pass helped us make the decision to book the apartment. Once there, he gave us several good references to pastry shops & restaurants.
Throughout our interactions Mauro & Maria Rita were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, positive and (in person) always smiling and personable. We strongly recommend the Fernanda 2 apartment, VIP-Booking, and particularly, dealing with Mauro and Maria Rita! Thank you!!
