We provide all the bedding, towels, and cloths you'll need as well as essentials and propane for your gas grill. **IMPORTANT** - this cabin is located up a hill in the Upper Canyon, getting to it can be difficult after a snowfall or in slippery conditions, we STRONGLY advise you travel with 4WD or tire chains during the winter months especially if snow is in the forecast. We make every effort to plow these locations first but Ruidoso is a Mountain Town and weather can be treacherous and is unpredictable.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment.
