The open floor plan is great for entertaining! Enjoy the grill on the rear deck or the large second floor deck. The home is in a quiet community with a pool on Stone Road just outside the Town of Cape Charles.
Owners' 6-person golf cart registered with the town may also be rented in advance! Please note 3 night minimum during July and August. Any reservation over 8 guests will be subjected to an additional $50 linen fee.

We had 2 families (2 adults, 2 kids & 2 adults 3 kids) and this house was perfect for us! It was clean and had everything you needed for a visit! The yard provided lots of running area for the kiddos. Communication with host was fast and easy. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in that area!

The house was just ok, not as nice as other reviews made it seem. Definitely could have been cleaner but worked for what we needed.One thing that was odd was that you need to take your trash to the dump except the dump isn’t open on Sunday mornings or holidays (which was our situation). The homeowner recommendation in the check in instructions is to “drop it at a dumpster behind food lion” which I’m pretty sure is illegal. We ended up taking it home with us which meant riding for hours in our car with our trash.We didn’t end up renting the golf cart which worked out because the path to drive the golf cart to town was closed. I would double check that before renting the golf cart.Overall it was a good stay and nice that we could bring our dog. It’s an ok place just not nearly
