Ocean-front home with amazing views! Wake up & put your toes right in the sand! Beautiful home on the Gulf beach!! 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms plus 4 queen sofa beds. Open floor plan w/ fully equipped kitchen & large living area - great for multiple families. Soak up the sun on the large 2 level deck and relax in the hot tub in the evenings! Conveniently located to tons of restaurants and local souvenir shops.

This home is located directly on the white sands of the beach. You`re also extremely close to lots of shopping and dining options.
Sandy Feet Retreat is located in a small community with private beach access and close to all PCB has to offer. Walking distance to a couple breakfast places including Gypsea Crepes and Waffle House. Make sure to check out one of our favorites- Finn`s Island Style Grub, a 3 minute walk from the property. Check out their reviews, our guests have said that they have the best tacos ever! All cars must be parked in the driveway. The driveway can comfortably fit 3-4 cars.
We have exterior cameras for the safety of our guests and our home. They are positioned to face the front of the house and the driveway. One additional camera monitors the pool heating equipment only and does not face the pool or hot tub.
Home owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state in which the property is located.
FOR SPECIAL EVENTS: Please contact the host before booking. An event fee applies, and all events are approved on a case-by-case basis. We welcome small weddings, engagement parties, family gatherings, and birthday celebrations—up to 20 guests maximum. Be sure to share details about your special occasion prior to reserving.
**Guest POLICY**
Our base rate includes up to 10 guests. For any additional guests beyond 10, there is a charge of $25 per guest, per night.
**PET POLICY**
Do you find it near impossible to leave your dog(s) behind while you go on vacation? If your answer is yes, then we can 100% relate to that! We love our dogs and appreciate any opportunity to create memories that involve them as well. So grab your furry, four-legged friend(s) because this home is PET FRIENDLY!
- $250 NON REFUNDABLE fee per dog to be paid in advance.
- Dogs that are less than a year old are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies.
- Maximum of 2 DOGS are allowed on property. No cats or other animals are permitted.
- Size limit for the dogs is 75 lbs each.
- Guests are expected to ensure that their animals are supervised, do not damage the premises, are completely house trained and do not urinate or defecate inside the house.
- Dogs are not to be outside without a guest present.
- Dogs must be crated when guests leave the home.
- Guests must pick up/clean all dog waste.
- Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
-There is no public dog park in the community, and the Pelican Walk Condo pet area is off-limits.
Guests who do not abide by these provisions may be asked to remove their animal.
Hot tub is serviced twice a week by America’s Swimming Pool Company & landscaping is maintained once a week. If this falls on a day you are renting the property, there will be a worker on the outside of the property during these times!
To help ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we will ask for a photo ID after booking.
Unauthorized late check-outs without prior notice or approval
Please be aware that if guests check out late without approval, a fee of $200 per hour will apply, starting immediately after the scheduled check-out time. This fee covers additional housekeeping costs and potential disruptions to incoming guests.
Excessive Trash and Messiness Fee
A $200 fee will be charged for excessive trash or mess left in the property.
No smoking allowed inside the property. A $500 fine will be charged for any violation.
Sand dunes and Beach Rules: Dunes and sea oats are protected by law. No walking, digging, or placing items (chairs, tables, etc.) in these areas. Violations can lead to significant fines. Only use designated areas and leave no items behind overnight.
Please note that the City of Panama City Beach enforces High Impact Period (HIP) regulations during peak times like Spring Break and major holidays.
Key rules:
The primary renter must be 21 or older (photo ID required).
All guests must submit valid photo ID before arrival.
The City enforces an 8 PM – 5 AM curfew for minors unless they are with a parent, guardian, or a responsible adult (21+)
Our home and pool are for registered guests only, no parties or outside visitors. (won`t include pool for SFR)
The City will strictly enforce noise, parking, and occupancy regulations. Vehicles parked illegally may be towed.
Some beaches or public areas may have restricted hours or additional rules during the HIP.
The City may issue fines or remove guests who violate local safety or noise rules.

6/2026Sandy Feet has many outstanding qualities. After 20 years of vacationing in Panama City Beach, Sandy Feet offers the best view of the Gulf that we have ever had. The ability to walk out the back door and onto the beach was very nice. The deck and stairs leading to the beach could use some work. Our family are morning people and the ability to sit outside, on the deck, with an unobstructed view of the Gulf, under the Gazebo was extremely relaxing and fostered excellent conversations. The group noticed that some of the pictures of the house appear to be old, because a set of stairs leading from the deck to the upstairs balcony and a TV in another area were missing.The downstairs is very nice with a well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms are good with well supplied and furnished bathrooms – although some of our group did run out of hot at times.The hosts are extremely helpful and respond to your needs quickly. The main problem we had was with the hot tub. Apparently, prier guests had put soap in the Hot Tub and when we attempted to used it, we had soap suds allllllll over the place. The owners responded quickly and sent their hot tub service out twice. But they did not resolve the problem. Thus, we only attempted to use the tub twice. We were really looking forward to using it during the afternoon and evening hours!

House was amazing. It had great views from both living rooms and bedrooms. The hot tub was spacious and heated up really well. The house sat back from the beach which gave it a private feel. The host was great to deal with a very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views with direct access to the beach! The house was fantastic with room enough for the family and our fur baby. The hot tub was a very nice bonus for relaxing at the end of a long beach day! We all enjoyed this mini vacation very much! We'll definitely be back.

Myself and a colleague friend hosted a women's retreat here. The views, bedrooms, bathrooms and beach access were all stunning. The place is not fancy, but it has everything you would want for your beach getaway. We did have to request additional silverware and coffee cups as the home was 5 of each even though it slept 20. The property managers promptly brought what we needed, but we should not have had to ask as this should have been inventoried. Additionally, the warmer on the stove and oven do not heat to capacity so cooking was prolonged for two meals. Overall, the location and capacity was lovely, but the kitchen is lacking.
