Great space for 7 people. Plenty of good bedrooms and baths. Excellent location in Indio.

Place had the basics, but needs some maintenance.

As advertised and perfect for our tennis team! Loved how quick the spa got too.

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience during our recent stay at your property. Firstly, I would like to commend the check-in process via email and text messages; it was efficient and greatly appreciated. However, upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find that the pool was in an unsatisfactory condition. We had to reach out to you for assistance, which resulted in losing a whole day of enjoyment at the pool and jacuzzi due to the filtering process that needed to be completed.Additionally, we noticed a few broken items in the house, including chairs and a toilet seat, as well as a running toilet in the master bathroom. The backyard was also not as clean as expected, with cigar and cigarette butts scattered in the planters and trash cans that were already full upon our arrival. Lastly, the BBQ igniter was broken, which made it challenging and potentially unsafe for us to light it manually. While I appreciate your apology regarding the pool issue and the offer of a later checkout, it came a bit late for us, as we had prior commitments scheduled for that morning.I hope this feedback proves helpful for potential future guests and improves the experience for everyone. Thank you for your attention to these matters.Best regards,
