Great location for exploring Garner and Lost Maples State parks. So close to two restaurants and the park.

Have stayed here a total of 3 times always 3 people. We like the property, we like Utopia also. We bow hunt in D’Hanis and like the proximity. Thank you. Please consider upgrading the living area couch and chair. Not enough support. But that’s minor . Overall we really enjoy the property and location.
