Located in Kawama Yacht Club, a gated community in the heart of Key Largo, this well-appointed, 2-bedroom townhouse has high-end finishes, a sizable kitchen island with six stools, and new furniture throughout the unit.
This townhouse is conveniently located directly in front of a saltwater lagoon and just steps from the two pools and playground -- an excellent layout for families. The adults can watch the kids swim in the lagoon while relaxing on the balcony or the small beach.
Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include free parking (up to 2 cars), an on-site marina (with boat ramp), fire pits, barbecues, ocean-front access, 24-hour security, boat trailer parking, a saltwater lagoon, heated pools, a playground, and tennis courts.
Guests can go boating, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or relax in the tropical sun! Access to the Kawama Marina ramp is free, though watercraft insurance is required at a minimum of $300K. If you need a boat slip, please let us know, and we will provide details.
Kawama Yacht Club is minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, which provides several excellent recreational activities (boat rentals or charters) and is known worldwide for breath-taking scuba diving and snorkeling. Several great restaurants, including the Key Largo Fisheries Backyard Café, Pilot House, and Snooks, are all within 1-3 miles.
Publix grocery store, CVS, Walgreens and liquor stores are just minutes from the house.

This was a very nice condo in a beautiful area. Lots of dining options and things to do nearby. We would return.

Property exactly as advertised. We were a family of 4 adults and have stayed in at least 6 other units in this complex and this has been our favorite. Nice fully stocked kitchen and very clean with nice tropical yet modern decor. Comfortable beds and nice to have king size in both bedrooms. Only suggestions would be to add black out shades or curtains in the bedrooms - the sheer curtains were ok for privacy but let a lot of light in at night in the bedroom on parking lot side. Enjoyed the use of the kayak and snorkeled in the lagoon. Fun to see the tarpon, school snapper, parrotfish and even a goliath grouper. This condo is continently located to great places to eat as well. Key Largo Fisheries is very close. Would stay here again.

The townhouse was very nice and tastefully decorated. Also we had a beautiful view of the lagoon which was very pleasant. Our only complaint was with the amenities. The two pools were small for such a large complex. In fact, one pool had a maximum occupancy of 8 people which is barely larger than a hot tub. There is room for a larger pool, so I would recommend an update. Also, the tennis courts were kept locked for some reason. Located at the rear of the complex, they were not accessible to the general public, so locking them seems like overkill. Of course, these were minor inconveniences for what is otherwise a very beautiful property.

Everything was great for our stay. The only thing that would have made it better was to have access to the first floor area and not have to walk around the building to get in and out.
