The house was clean and spacious and very close to the beach. Could not ask for better accommodations. Sands Realty was very responsive to any issue that came up. I look to book this house again.

You are very close to the beach and can walk to bars. The top deck view is great.

Reviewer Comments:
The only thing truly perfect about this house is it’s location, which couldn’t be beat, and the affordable price (which should have been the indicator that everything else would just be so-so). While the house wasn’t terrible, it needs some serious updating. The Dishwasher was not attached to the counter and felt like it was going to fall over every time the door was opened, the carpet was gross and needed to be replaced, and the top floor shower didn’t drain at all. It was pretty clean, but we found a dead roach on the first floor and some pills on the ground on the top level. In addition, the fact that we had to make the beds at our arrival and strip them at our departure would keep us from renting this house again. The management company also never informed us that their office was closed for our entire stay. I called and left a message for them, as well as an email, and never heard a word back. Had we had a real crisis at the house, I’m doubtful that they would have helped us.
