Stayed here very last-minute to prepare for our re-location during a particularly hot spell. The provision of an excellent fan was very well received - thank you.

Our friendly host Andy was there to welcome us. The accommodation was lovely, good kitchen and bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Ideal getaway for a couple, and also dog friendly. We were allowed use of the extensive garden, so plenty of room for our dog to run around and play. Parking was directly outside. Highly recommend The Old Gun Room.

Lovely quirky clean & tidy accommodation. Perfect for our short stay Ideal place as we had our dog with us. Only one tiny suggestion. A blind or curtain would make the place a little more cosy in the evening as it is quite a big window. Also keep the heat in a bit more. Otherwise it was great. J
