Very clean place close to just about anything you needed, and for the price you couldn't beat it not for being in the town with a concert that big going on.

Location of bnb a bit sketchy. Bnb itself appeared cleaned but furniture had intimidating mysterious stains. AC could not keep up with the summer heat. However, host was very accommodating in the event our booking became uninhabitable before our stay.
