Reviewer Comments:
2nd time we have stayed at Mainsail. First time was spring break 2025. Can back to stay due to clean and nicely equipped condo. Beachfront location with free beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Great access to restaurants. Most importantly the relaxed and well behaved nature of the other beach guests. No super loud and obnoxious guests. No excessive alcohol use. Everyone was polite and considerate of fellow beach uses! Will come back again next year. Matthew, the hotel manager, is super nice and very accommodating!

Reviewer Comments:
We had an amazing stay here! The location couldn't have been better, right on the beach with incredible views of the water and beautiful sunsets every evening. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. We enjoyed using the provided lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. And also enjoyed spending some time at the pool/hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway.

Absolutely stunning condo unit. The finishings were beautiful. It has a very costal vibe. The view from unit seven is absolutely breathtaking. The sunsets are an added perk. You’re on the beach in less than 90 seconds. Matthew the manager is outstanding and is willing to help in anyway. We have never left a vacation rental and said that we were certain to book again that exact unit again. That changed with this vacation. The entire condo complex is perfection.

Reviewer Comments:
We’ve been staying at the Mainsail for 14 years. The location is great. However, the condos are getting tired. Updates are needed in bathrooms and kitchen areas. The pool maintenance was not kept up. The outside deck was buckled and slanted and felt unsafe.
