The place is located a very short walk to the village where you can catch the Village gondola to get to the mountain and the hot tub was amazing after a full day of riding.

Overall the unit is okay and it's in a great location to walk to the Village and gondola, however, I don't think it's entirely accurate to label it as “newly remodeled”. The upstairs is nice and comfortable with good furniture, tv and fireplace. The kitchen is decent, however the cabinetry is quite old-looking and there was a lot of random stuff in the drawers and cabinets that didn’t appear to be clean (i.e. an old hand mixer with frosting on it).The downstairs is definitely dated and the rooms are quite small and dark. The king bed is nice but there is limited closet and cabinet space for storing clothing and personal items. Several light bulbs were out and there was a clogged sink when we arrived which was promptly handled by the property management. All in all this place is fine and in line with many other rentals in the area. I would just be aware that the photos of the bedrooms and bathrooms were taken with a fisheye lens and enhanced to make them look larger and brighter.

The stairs to the upper level living room/kitchen were steeper than I thought. Having the only bathroom on the lower level became an issue, not wanting to climb the stairs back up.The condo is dated, the toilet sits low and no airflow in the main bedroom. I liked the linens and the king size mattress was very comfortable. One safety issue is the stairs are made of the same material as the floors. It is hard to differentiate if you've reached the last step going down. I fell on the lower stairs when I thought I had reached the floor, but had one step left.
