This inviting 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome offers pool and forest views, vaulted ceilings and skylights just one block from The Village and Gondola. Perfect for families, this cozy retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Upstairs, enjoy a bright living area with a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), flatscreen TV, and comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, with a dining table that seats six. Downstairs, both bedrooms provide a quiet retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for kids or groups with two sets of bunk beds. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located on this level. This unit is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and skiing while still tucked away from the crowds. A shuttle stop across the street makes getting around town simple and convenient. On-site amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and an outdoor pool available during the summer months. Guests also receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, featuring pools, a full fitness center, fitness classes, and courts for racquetball, basketball, tennis and pickleball (seasonal). The location is excellent. The condos , although getting a bit old and in need of updating are all comfortable, clean and furnished adequately.

My biggest point of feedback is on the quality of the beds (with my biggest issue being the master); the mattresses are universally lumpy, with springs that creak and poke at you. The pillows are stained, and lumpy/hard. Good quality sheets though, and the place was warm.The kitchen - it needs a pasta pot. The rest of the offerings are basic, but serviceable.The stairs: if you have toddlers, I’d avoid this property, the bottom of the stairs lacks a railing on one side, the drop for an adult or older children is probably not an issue, but for families with very young kids it could be a hazard.Finally: the shower head is mounted to service persons 5’5” and shorter. As a person who pushes 6’ I had to crouch and contort myself to get clean, which is suboptimal.All in all: you can’t beat the location (5-7 minute walk max to the Village), but I’d put the age, size, and condition of the property as on par with what you’d find at the Village Lodge in their non-updated rooms. The property management company is great. They respond quickly, and work to resolve any immediately addressable issues.
