This updated two bedroom and two bath condominium offers magnificent views of Tigertail Beach and it's 31 acre wildlife bird sanctuary. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the comfortably furnished balcony. This well-appointed condo can accommodate six people, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The master bath features granite counter tops and glass and tile shower. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower and granite counter tops.
Whether you choose a leisurely vacation, or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities with walking distance. At Tigertail Beach, climb the observation tower for some of the best birding in Southwest Florida. Or go fishing, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. There is a concession stand that offers beach equipment rentals, food and drinks and a playground also.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100.00 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. Effective January 1st, 2022 their fee will increase to $100. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Can’t say enough about the view. It’s beautiful ⛱️Property is very nice. When picking up keys, gal was very kind and helpful.
When trying to find out about property before arrival office lady was short with me and wasn’t helpful with what to expect at condo. She said they manage a lot of properties and didn’t know them all individually.
Condo cleaning crew could be a little better.
All in all. We did have a great vacation here and will be back. I just know what to expect next time.
Also, there should be a better parking system. On check in days, there is a back up and even if you’ve already been there for days and there is a backup, you have to wait to get through gate. Little frustrating.

Floors were so dirty! Had to wear socks every day there. Each day we had to was then because the socks were black from the floor. Musky smell in the unit so I called relax and they sent someone right away to change the air filter in the A/C. . Was much better. The handle on the closet in the master bathroom pulled right off. Would not go back on so a screw was sticking out making is run into it. All 3 tv’s not programmed right. Had to reset the inputs and moved tv remotes from room to room, because they were not in the right rooms to work. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 7 days was ideal location with good access to beach nearby food and entertainment.Teenagers could walk to many activities.

When we arrived, the floors were dirty, toilets had urine on them, couches are filthy and outdated, there was also several white stains on the bed that looked like bodily fluids. The management office argued with me and told me that it wasn’t the case, even though it look just like the unwanted. After much discussion, they finally sent a housekeeper to change our comforter. The beach is a half mile walk there and half mile back. The pool was nice but they don’t allow music, food, or for kids to have floaties. Not kid friendly and a loooonnngg walk to the beach. It wouldn’t take much to fix the place up a little and have some normal cleaning standards.
