The main living space is open-plan, with a large living room featuring a large sofa and built-in sofas, maximizing the space and making it perfect for when everyone wants to gather in one room. The first floor terrace offers the best view of the sea. This is the perfect place for adults who want to sit in peace, while keeping an eye out for the children playing in the pool below!

- on the upper level: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160cm double bed with small terrace with sea view + 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Villa Bini Maria is located in the residential area of Binibeca, just 15 minutes from Menorca airport and 20 minutes from the town of Mahon. The area is made up of pretty whitewashed villas; the atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly. Shops nearby.
