Welcome to 26 Duck Hawk! This five bedroom, five and half bathroom home can sleep up to eighteen guests. The home is located on an oceanside paddle lot in Sea Pines - making it a very easy walk to the beach. It is approximately 100 yards to the beach via a private beach boardwalk. The second floor of the home offers ocean views.

• Bedroom 1: King (Primary, 1st Floor, Private Bath, Flat Screen TV)
• Bedroom 1: King (1st Floor, Private Bath, Flat Screen TV)
• Bedroom 3: Queen + 2 Built-In Twin Bunks (1st Floor, Private Bath)
• Bedroom 4: Queen (Mid-Level, Flat Screen TV, Shared Bathroom with Bedroom #5)
• Bedroom 5: Pyramid Bunk Bed (full on the bottom, twin on top) + Standalone Twin Bed (Mid-Level, Flat Screen TV, Shared Bathroom with Bedroom #4)
• Additional Sleeping Option: Sleeper Sofa in the First Floor Den (Full Bathroom Located off Den)
**Additional Information**
• Distance to Beach: Oceanside home. Approximately 100 yards to the beach from the home via private beach boardwalk that also includes a sitting area over the dunes.
• Pool Info: The private pool at the home is a freeform shaped pool approximately 21’ x 8.5’ and is partially covered. The pool can be heated for an additional fee - $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat for your stay.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen w/ a Regular Drip Coffee Maker & Keurig
• 8 Beach Towels
• 4,136 Square Feet
• 2nd Floor Sundeck with Ocean Views off Living Room Area
• Gas Grill, Wireless Internet, Washer/Dryer
• Two Living Areas with TVs & Deck Access
• Private Beach Boardwalk with Sitting Area

Great location with easy boardwalk to the beach. Loved the partially covered pool and ocean view from the top deck. The perfect house for our 3 generation family vacation - the sleeping arrangements with two bunk rooms worked perfectly.

We've been going to Hilton head for 25 yrs every year and meet up with all of the family there and this house was our favorite because it had the room and the pool was amazing mainly because most of it was covered. Overheard the neighbors to the right stating how they couldn't get in their pool as it was too hot. Love the decorations throughout as well. The only thing I would say is stick the kitchen a bit more as my daughter is chef and she loved the kitchen but maybe not enough pots but that's actually not a big deal
