You’ll have exclusive use of the entire villa, which consists of 3 independent apartments that have been recently renovated and tastefully furnished in a Mediterranean style. Each has a private entrance and is equipped with all amenities.

Apartment 1 “Il Tramonto.”

Approximately 150 square meters with three panoramic terraces and ideal for 5 people, it includes:
- 1 triple bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, featuring a terrace with a sea view.
- 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed.
- spacious living room with 2 panoramic terraces, a sofa bed, a table, and an LG 4K UHD Smart TV with satellite TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen with essentials, dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric coffee and cappuccino maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a panoramic terrace with an outdoor table.
- 2 separate bathrooms with shower, bathtub, hair dryer, and toiletries.
- 1 storage room.
- 1 laundry room with a washing machine and a sink for hand washing.

Nestled in a natural oasis and surrounded by breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, Villa Titina – Sunset Apartments is located about 900 meters from the bus stop; therefore, we recommend that our guests rent a scooter or car to explore the island of Ischia to the fullest.

The property can arrange rentals through an external agency, delivering the vehicle directly on-site upon request. Private parking is free.
