Our spacious home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood conveniently located to shopping, entertainment and more. House has 4 bedrooms, 1 king, and 3 queen sizes beds , and 2 full half bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay. All the mattresses are pillow top side to have a great quality sleep.

All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs.

Spacious open concept kitchen fully stocked and set up . You have a microwave, a range, a dishwasher, a sink to cook a delicious meal for your family. There are plenty of seating at the dining room (sits 8).

- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We have cameras at the front door and backyard for security reasons..

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
