The apartment includes a parking space! Bicycles can be stored in the building’s basement.
A washing machine and dryer are also located in the building’s basement (shared use for a fee).
Guests of the building can use a fitness room, an abdominal and back exercise machine
as well as an exercise bike and a ping-pong table (guests must bring their own paddles) free of charge.
