Fantastic, fully renovated apartment on the beachfront. The building is located on the coast of Icod de los Vinos in the small, picturesque coastal neighborhood of San Marcos. From the building, you can reach the beach by walking along the promenade that surrounds the San Marcos Yacht Club. The modern-style apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, and a magnificent 17-meter terrace with direct ocean views. Ideal for a peaceful vacation away from crowded tourist centers. Icod de los Vinos is just 2 km away, with a shopping district, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Great spot. Lovely apartment overlooking the sea and paddeltennis courts. The local beach was too unsafe to swim at apart from one of our seven days due to stormy seas, but it was a great swim when we finaly got in!The bars and restaurants at the beach were nothing special, but very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in this extremely well equipped apartment a lot. The view from the terrace is amazing. You fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.
Jeronimo is an amazing host.

The apartment was impeccable, large terrace overlooking the ocean and the mountains. Very comfortable. Sleep with the sound of the ocean.
