Everything was great 3rd time staying at the property.

We had a family (5 couples) get away. This house was excellent for that. Nice sizes rooms, plenty of seating for 10, plenty of dishes and silverware, ample cookware. The only thing we found lacking was storage containers or plastic food bags. A few of those would have been nice for leftovers, since we did most of our meals in the house. The Adler's had good instructions for running the appliances. We had to refer to them often. We did have trouble with the doors, however. Even my 2 Teck majors had a problem with the combination on the back door and the front door, we kept getting locked out, it just seemed to lock randomly. We did have a wonderful stay, the house was very comfortable, the hosts very accommodating. The weather could have been warmer so we could enjoy the outdoors more. Thank you Adler's.

The house is spacious, very clean, and there are plenty of household items, i.e. pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen items to accommodate a large group. The host left thorough instructions for access to the house, with just a slight mix-up on entry codes...but the host was very quick to respond and help me get it straightened out. I would recommend this rental property to anyone wishing to come stay in Lake City, MN.

The house is very clean with spectacular views and lots of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. The smallish yard and corner lot preventing us from much outside play on the property. However, it is located within walking distance to a park. Our host was easy to communicate with. There was a slight smoke smell in the home, which was disappointing as we have family members with asthma. It took most of 2 days for that smell to dissipate. The listing states no smoking which is something we look for.
