Are you looking for a spacious and stylish place to stay for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea?
Then our “Kate” mill is your best choice. The mill has just been restored, combining modern interior design with the old-world charm of the thatched cottage.

“Kate,” with 215 square meters of living space spread over two floors, can accommodate up to 8 guests.
On the first floor, which is approximately 130 square meters, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen with a spacious living and dining area, a sauna, a bedroom with an en-suite shower room, an utility room with a washer and dryer, and a guest restroom.

The first room of the property, located on the first floor, measures 23 square meters and is equipped with a cozy double box-spring bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Not to be overlooked is the beautiful view of the countryside, which you can enjoy directly from the bedroom.

Also located on the first floor is the kitchen, which features high-quality appliances such as a ceramic cooktop with a Bora exhaust system, an oven, a steam cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—inviting you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them with friends or family in the adjacent, spacious dining area.

The large sofa and reading nook are perfect for relaxing. From the living area, you can also enjoy the sweeping view outside, and thanks to the large door separating the living area from the terrace, you can even enjoy the refreshing sea air from the comfort of the sofa.

Not to be forgotten is our sauna on the first floor, which provides the perfect setting for moments of wellness.

A designer wooden staircase leads to the attic, which features two additional bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a loft. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double box-spring bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and one alcove bed per room, which, measuring 1.30 x 2.00 meters, can be used as an additional sleeping option.
The outdoor area, featuring a beautiful terrace, is not only a special place to enjoy the scenery and the sea breeze but also the perfect spot to savor delicious meals; a dining area with a bench and chairs is available for this purpose. If the weather isn’t cooperating, the covered outdoor seating area with a BBQ grill and dining table ensures unforgettable outdoor moments even in the rain.

The outdoor relaxation area with a beach chair ensures particularly relaxing moments in the open air.
