Snowman 4 exceeded every expectation. The apartment is beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the village, making it easy to walk to the lifts, restaurants, cafés and shops.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and thoughtful extras like the drying cupboard, ski storage, underfloor bathroom heating and secure parking made our stay even more enjoyable.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, with clear instructions and a seamless check-in process. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and would happily recommend Snowman 4 to anyone visiting Thredbo. We are already looking forward to returning.

Just absolutely perfect, loved it . I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Snowman 4 for the beautiful experience, so luxurious and so so conveniently located with all the best of luxuries and benefits including drying cupboard, ski locker, heated bathroom floor tiles, log fire place as well as very warm heaters. And parking in garage such a bonus.

Very cosy atmosphere, will stay again.Other issues, no laundry basket, Dyson vacuum didn't work,No where to hang snow helmets, tv entertainment cabinet pull out broken, no hand towel rail
