Beautiful beach house with a panoramic ocean view, located in the upper part of the private Atami resort, which is a “Beach-Mountain” concept; therefore, to access its private beach and saltwater pools, you must walk down a flight of steps.
Important: Atami is a private “Beach-Mountain” resort located in La Libertad; therefore, to reach its two beaches (La Leona Beach and El Palmarcito Beach), you must descend a flight of stairs.
It is located 5 minutes from “El Tunco” and “El Zonte,” as well as famous restaurants such as “La Curva de Don Gere,” “La Ola Betos,” “Cadejo,” “Vikingo,” and “Olor de Mar,” among others.

When I say “Beverly Hills” status I mean, this property is like a mini mansion to where you really get that bang for your buck. My family and I enjoyed everything this listing had to offer best of all so quiet and peaceful. Wonderful full, everything was well kept. I would recommend 1000%. Thank you.

Stayed for 3 nights. The home is very welcoming and you really feel at home when you arrive. We loved the pool and the outside sitting and dining areas. There are a few flaws inside the home that could and probably are been fixed. The kitchen sinks leaks which makes water pooling inside. There are also a couple of leaks in the living room when it rains (these are kept contained) 1-2 lights missing. Also beware, the community has two in and outs and if you get the wrong one you can't get in and when trying to exit the guards will not let you out as it appears to be exclusive for the hotels within the community. Overall, a great place to stay, calm and quiet at nights and within 10 minute walks to awesome beach views and beaches.

The whole house was beautiful and spacious. Shower upstairs leaks, just needs a simple fix Luther than that we had a great stay
