The main floor has a spacious kitchen, half bath and large living and dining room. The deck off the living area has plenty of seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a meal. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bath. Front bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap after a long day in the sun. Parking instructions:
Driveway parking for 3-4 depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. The property was as expected. Very clean and worked perfectly for our family beach vacation. We had ample room and appreciated multiple viewing decks. We especially loved the proximity to the beach access and local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here in the future.

Rented the property for my 4 nieces and 1 soon to be nephew. Property was nice and accommodated all. The views from the deck were FAB. The first floor was a little dark easy fix some bulbs were out. Bulbs also out in some of Bathrooms. Truly not there fault if last renter doesn't tell them so. There was a slight issue that M.O. from Seascapes was quick to address and resolve. I would rent again especially if the property host were Seascape they get customer service.

The location was amazing with a short walk to restaurants and stores. There was adequate parking for 4 cars, which was great. The kitchen utensils were dirty and needed washing before use. The air conditioner on the first floor was not working properly. They did offer to look at it. Had it been any warmer outside, we would’ve said yes. Also, the refrigerator was turned all the way down and we almost lost all of our food. The air mattress was confirmed but not there on the first night (as well as 2 sets of towels). Seascape was very responsive but our issue happened after hours, so we did not have what we needed for the first night. Overall, the unit was clean and convenient.
