Enjoy this cosy 110 m² accommodation with capacity for 6 people, ideal for families or groups looking to combine the tranquillity of the countryside with proximity to Coín and its services. The house is located in a rural setting with easy access to Marbella, Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas, as well as being close to natural spaces such as Barranco Blanco and Juanar Refuge. 🌄🚗
On the outside, the property stands out for its privacy and quality, with a fenced pool perfect for children's safety, a spacious porch equipped with outdoor games, barbecue area and options to have fun with ping-pong and table football. These spaces are ideal for creating unforgettable moments with family or friends. 🎉🏓
The interior is simple but comfortable, with a living-dining room that integrates a fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils so that you can prepare your meals with total comfort. The distribution includes three bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. The outdoor space is amazing. Beautiful pool and flowers and entire outdoor games room.We travelled during the Easter break and the weather was very wet. The interior of the house is beautiful and there is a wood burner in the lounge to keep you toastie.

Beautiful villa in quiet location with gorgeous gardens and views. Lovely pool and table tennis table and fuzeball and outdoor areas. Well stocked indoor and outdoor kitchens. Lots of pool and bath, hand towels and tea towels supplied. Overall very good.
Some spare bins bags would be nice to have.
