Summary:
Welcome to Yellow Birch Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This cottage is part of a condo association, located on the main road in Fish Creek. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The Space:
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with new granite countertops. The living room has a new, natural cypress hardwood floor, a gas fireplace, a couch, and a twin-size pullout sofa chair- perfect for family gatherings and additional sleeping space. The home also features first floor laundry, a back patio and an in-ground, community outdoor swimming pool.
This location is also great for groups-- we offer Birch Grove Cottage and the Retreat at Sunshine Creek at the same location.

-This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.
-Location is next to Hwy 42/ Egg Harbor Road, which typically experiences higher traffic volume during the peak tourist season.
-Security camera located on Ring doorbell by front door for security

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

We took a mini girl's weekend vacation, we wanted to stay where everything was in walking distance, each have our own bed, 2 showers, shop, relax, good food, clean and comfortable. From the moment we arrived we knew we picked the right spot. the house was clean, spacious and convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the patio relaxing having coffee in the morning, people watching and just talking, it was our go to spot. Shopping and eating were a short walk away, yet we were out of the busy part, so it was not noisy. Bailey's Harbor and Sister Bay were a very short drive away. Saturday, we enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool for a few hours to get out of the heat, met some neighbors. Was great having laundry to wash our clothes before we left. We will for sure be back.

Comfortable living space- loved the fireplace! Sitting outside on the patio was nice too. Very clean and comfortable. My only concern would be the mattresses in the bedrooms. Our friends asked us how we slept and we said the mattress wasn’t comfortable and they agreed. We loved the location - would consider coming back in the summer to use the pool- walk to the beach and fun things like this but bring our grandchildren next time. Thank you!

The property was advertised as sleeping 6 … but failed to state that one room had a full size bed and a twin and the other twin was a small sofa bed in the living room
