Your perfect vacation is waiting for you at Navarre Beach Regency 609. A large spacious 30’x8’ balcony has amazing views of Navarre Beach’s white sand and the beautiful, clear turquoise green waters that make the Emerald Coast famous. Or gaze at the beach through the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in both the living room and master bedroom. At Regency 609, all of your needs are taken care of. Tastefully decorated in Tommy Bahama style, just sit back and enjoy.
Reservations include complimentary beach service with one umbrella and two beach chairs (March 1st through October 31st) for our guests (front row positions are not guaranteed).
Navarre Beach Regency has only 106 units on nine floors with a large 400 foot gulf front beach area, allowing more beach space per guest than neighboring condo buildings.
A fenced community pool is available to guests, heated seasonally from March to October. Enjoy the barbeque areas on both ends of the building, bike storage and temporary storage for any chairs, toys, and beach items you may have, a ping pong table in the common area and luggage carts for easy loading and unloading. A full fitness center is available for use by guests and a paved walking/biking path runs the full length of the island.
Regency 609 has everything to meet your needs including:
• High speed internet
• a fully furnished, updated kitchen including Keurig dual coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, toaster, crockpot, waffle maker, water dispenser, starter coffee & creamer and all your cooking and dining needs
• Sleep Number Select mattress in the master bedroom
• High-quality Sterns & Foster mattresses in the guest bedroom
• Spacious walk-in shower in the master bath
• Dining table for 6
• Flat screen TV’s in living room and bedrooms with cable service
• Hunter Douglas power shades in both the living room and master bedroom
• Key pad entrance lock with your own unique access code
• Hair dryer, towels, linens

Visit the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Florida's longest, the Navarre Beach Marine Center with the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and Science Station, drive or bike through the Gulf Islands National Seashore (US Park Service) and enjoy the walking path along Gulf Boulevard. Nearby Pensacola is filled with history and arts.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”) which covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was clean and well-appointed. The size of the bedrooms was good. Both bathrooms had counter space. The view was excellent. The water purifier was a nice extra touch. We definitely hope to go again.

We stayed here recently and it was fabulous! The condo was very clean and the rooms were so spacious. We did not feel crowded at all. We also loved the fact that there were some beach items/toys/flashlights. There were also some items like spices, coffee creamer, sugar, aluminum foil, Tupperware dishes, etc. Most places don’t allow guests to leave these items so it was very helpful to have these on hand. The condo also had a space to store your beach items so you didn’t have to lug them back and forth. There was never a wait for the elevator. The view for the beach was perfect. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect stay for us! Great communication, clean and lots of room for our family!

There was an issue with the bathroom for which no one offered to clean or even help clean. I think the situation could have been handled better for us. Also a lot of the outlets did not work and The commode in the second bathroom continued to flush for several minutes after each flush.
