À l`intérieur, le Chalet Archimède se distingue par sa grande fenestration, inondant les espaces de lumière naturelle et offrant des vues imprenables sur les paysages environnants. Vous trouverez un espace tout confort avec une grande cuisine à aire ouverte, des chambres spacieuses avec des lits douillets, ainsi que deux salles de bains complètes, une à chaque étage, pour votre confort.
À l’extérieur, le chalet vous propose deux espaces distincts pour profiter de la vue exceptionnelle. À l`étage, le balcon spacieux vous invite à savourer vos repas en plein air avec un coin barbecue et un espace lounge confortable. Au rez-de-chaussée, détendez-vous dans le spa 8 places ou profitez de l’espace extérieur pour admirer la vue panoramique sur le lac Memphrémagog. Pour recevoir la procédure d’accès, le règlement du chalet devra être signé et le dépôt de garantie préautorisé avant votre arrivée.
Pour les réservations effectuées moins de 10 jours avant le séjour, une vérification d’identité simplifiée sera demandée.
Un véhicule 4 roues motrices est nécessaire pour l`accès au chalet selon les conditions météorologiques.

*Conditions of stay*
-The main tenant must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for all other occupants as well as any damages.
-Self check-in from 5:00 p.m. and check-out no later than 11:00 a.m.
-The maximum capacity of the chalet (8) must be respected at all times.
-The chalet is intended exclusively for vacation purposes.
-Parking spaces must be respected (no camping, RVs, or tents allowed).
*Not permitted*
-Parties, gatherings, or loud music.
-Pets.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the chalet.
-Firecrackers, fireworks, or unauthorized outdoor fires.
*Respect for neighbors and environment*
-Noise must be kept low between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
-Outdoor fires are only allowed in designated areas and must never be left unattended.
-Guests must check for fire bans in effect on the Sopfeu website before lighting any outdoor fire.
*Hot Tub, BBQ and equipment*
-Follow all Hot Tub use guidelines (hygiene, safety, maximum capacity).
-Clean the BBQ after use, close the gas valve, and replace the cover once cooled.
-Use all bedding, towels, furniture, and equipment with care.
*Before departure*
-Remove bedding and place it near the washer.
-Gather towels and linens.
-Wash dishes and run the dishwasher.
-Empty the refrigerator and trash.
-Return furniture to its original place.
-Close all doors and windows.
*Natural Conditions and Access*
-The chalet is located in a natural environment; weather conditions may affect road conditions and access to the chalet, especially during winter.
-In the event of a power outage, the water supply (artesian well) may be interrupted, as well as other essential services.
-As the chalet is located in a natural setting, the occasional presence of insects or small wildlife is possible despite regular inspections.
-Service providers may access the outdoor grounds when required (maintenance, snow removal, spa). No access to the interior will occur without your consent, except in case of emergency.
-As these situations are beyond our control, no refund, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided.

Any breach of these rules may result in additional fees and/or immediate eviction without refund. Signing the complete regulations, sent in our communications, is mandatory to receive the access codes.

Beautiful property and house. The view from the living room and the balcony was amazing. There was everything we could possibly want in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. We got immediate response from our questions which really made the stay easy.

Our family of four (two adults, two kids aged 5 and 7) enjoyed this chalet very much. The rooms were all well-appointed and are represented very accurately in all of the pictures.Please note that if you are travelling here during the summer months, the air conditioning is only in the main living area and kitchen and not in the bedrooms, which got very warm - when we arrived, the thermostat showed that it was 30*C inside. The chalet provides two fans, but you may want to consider bringing your own as we found that they did not work very well.Also note that the rental agreement will ask that you strip all the bedding and leave it in the shower before you leave. I know this used to be common with short term rentals but I havenʼt seen it in a while so thought it may be worth noting.The cottage was impeccably clean and all appliances were in great working order.The view was incredible. We enjoyed most meals on the outdoor upper deck overlooking the lake. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the fall or the winter months.We would recommend this cottage.

A few of skied and snow boarded. A few toured the area for bookstores, cafes and bistros. All had a good time. Temps were cold and one day the winds were strong.

The house was beautiful and well equipped. We loved the hot tub and the incredible view. We did have issues with the property manager. We arrived and there was 8" of snow on the driveway that had not been cleared and was not corrected when we asked. Through our stay there was 4 inches of additional snow and that was not cleared either. Additionally we had issues with the water not functioning at the end of our stay.
