ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casale Lucy is set in a commanding position in the Marche countryside, just a few kilometres from the town of Pergola. The farmhouse is just a short distance from the amenities of Pergola, making daily needs and travel easy. In less than an hour you can reach the beaches of Marotta and Senigallia, while inland you’ll find fascinating destinations such as the Hermitage of Fonte Avellana and Mount Catria, with its mountain refuge open in summer and a kinderpark ideal for children. Also not to be missed is the village of Frontone with its evocative castle. A perfect starting point for discovering the Marche region, enjoying a simple, authentic and relaxing holiday.
This farmhouse is set on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor that you access through internal stair case, there is a wide living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. A toilet and frigobar are available in the pool area. Air conditioning is available on the first floor (living room and bedrooms).

Our first family holiday in the Marche was very nice, funny, we were all very happy there and the weater was most of the time very good.
We were mostly pleased with the house.
With the equipment, everything worked so far, it was all there, as described, it lacked only a grill.
The rooms are very nice, large and bright. A few blankets would not be bad that you can use if you sleep for two in a double bed and would not use blanket together.
The view is just beautiful, it is very quiet and secluded.
You must only drive 5 minutes to the next supermarket.
The restaurant "La Pergola", 10 minutes away, is very good.
Excursions you can do very well, but have to remember that you must drive often one hour, because the streets are not very good. Urbino, Grotte di Frassasi, Fabriano, Corinaldo are very nice and the beach in Marotta, too.
Understanding with the owners was a bit difficult because they could not speak English.
