The Space:

The Main House has a spacious living room that seamlessly connects to a dining room for eight, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen boasting gleaming stainless steel appliances. Bedroom one invites a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Bedroom two is perfect for friends or family, this room features two queen-sized beds, providing both comfort and versatility. These two bedrooms share a second full bathroom, complete with double vanities and an inviting walk-in shower. Bedroom three features a king-sized bed, plus additional seating for two. The en-suite bathroom is a sanctuary in itself, complete with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.



The pool house offers a cozy living room with flat screen TV and a kitchenette. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom adds to your convenience.



The guest house on the property offers a spacious living room with a flat screen TV. The full kitchen boasts ample counter space and updated appliances. A dining table seats four comfortably with additional seating for three at the island. The bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Trash disposal: There is no on-site trash bin at this property. When you exit the driveway, turn right — you'll find the community dumpster for this road just down on the right. Please place all bagged trash there during your stay.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. This home is pet-friendly! Pets are welcome for an additional fee on top of the nightly rate. Please make sure pets are well-behaved and respectful of the home.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
