It is a very quiet area, since it has a forest at the back of the house and is 20 meters from the beach. Ideal holiday home and for sports lovers, as it allows water sports, cycling, hiking, fishing and many others.

Road behind the duplex can be noisy. While we were there, there were road works, unfortunately , installing speed bumps. So ear plugs are useful.The wee garden is lovely and private ,but very hot if no breezes. However the adjacent beach is always a bit cooler with a sea breeze. Not a complaint just a fact. LOL
