From the moment that you arrive you will be swept away by the views this house offers. Perfect for a family, or friends traveling together this house is your home away from home. It is expertly decorated to allow you and your family to relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The private 60 foot dock will allow you to explore the ocean as you please. The area is great for fishing, snorkling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. When you are not busy exploring the ocean you can relax in the private pool. Marathon is just a short 50 mile drive from the heart of Key West.
The 2 Bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom house is fully furnished. Both bedrooms offer king sized beds, dressers, and nightstands to store all of your belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking and dinning needs. A large island offers extra seating along with the large dinning room table. The living room offers a queen sized sofa bed to accommodate up to two more guests. The 60 ft. dock attached to the back of the house allows boaters to bring in and store your boats while you enjoy the house.
This is a sister house to the house next door, Listing #1034656. The difference in the two is that the #1034656 listing is located on a double lot, has twice the dockage and is a 2bed/2bath.

This was a awesome home. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool. Caught fish in the canal every morning.

This house was just perfect for us. We needed a soul soothing trip and we definitely got it here. The moment we walked into the house, we couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find this beautiful place. The open space, the views, the canal and the pool were amazing. The owners supply everything and it was so nice, we didn’t want to leave when the week ended. It is close to everything, from delicious local restaurants Fish Tales & Kings Seafood, to our favorite state park Bahia Honda. Thanks again for making this a magical experience for us!

This was our 2nd stay and we are already planing our 3rd! The house has everything you need. The pool is perfect. Easy access to the ocean via the canal. The location in Marathon is perfect for visiting shops, restaurants or excursions. The street is quiet and the views…BEYOND AMAZING!!!!! Thanks for allowing us back in your home! Cheers to many more visits.
