The house is clean and cozy. It's a log cabin, so, naturally cooler, and is surrounded by tall trees, plus the listing doesn't mention it, but there are multiple AC's in the house, so hot days are still comfortable. There's also a slight breeze from the lake, which is partially visible from the house. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. We loved our stay over the 4th of July weekend. We could also enjoy the fireworks from across the lake, from the house.

The home is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. It has a nice yard with a view of Lake Cayuga. It is near historical sites, museums and not far from the gorges at the end of the lake where there is a lot of good hiking. If you need a hairdryer, you need to bring your own.

Perfect in every way. The property had everything one could ask for and more. Just when we thought we could’ve used something, one of us went galavanting and found it! Very well thought out property. Finishes in home are higher end so this made our stay even more enjoyable. Makes a difference! Recommend to all with or without kids.
